ok so everyone knows the epic fight between katara and bloodbender hama
when hama attacks katara with a torrent katara changes her stance and blocks the incoming attack

my idea is that you make a blocking ability with steambending that you can tap shift and block incoming torrent attacks by turning them into steam particles

how to use it:
Ok so i was thinking it has to be a move because she didnt move too much for her to be able to block torrent, she just changed her stance. so a simple hold shift, when torrent is within 5 blocks it turns into steam particles and slowly drop to the floor

what it does:
blocks torrent by turning water into steam

config:
radius:5
cooldown: 1000
particle density: 10

yeah but i highly doubt they would try to recreate the way katara does it, so steam will do

I like the previous idea, with the exception of adding it to the waterbubble addon and only workable during fullmoon.
