WaterBender Config File Question :P

How are you? :p
So I was checking the config file and in "Water" it says NightFactor and FullMoonFactor.
What is the difference of this two?

NightFactor means how much stronger water bending is during night time. FullMoonFactor means how much stronger water bending is during a night with a full moon. In the show, water bending is powered by the moon, so when the moon is full, water bending is at it's peak.
