Denied Water Bending Vision

I have put taught into it and I think that waterbenders should have a passive ability that would allow them to see better underwater than normal players.
Maybe you could give them night vision I don't know but here is how I think it should look like (maybe even brighter) :

I believe Mist denied this suggestion long ago..said something like;

'Increased vision underwater isn't too canon / practical. Waterbenders have increased mobility and several ways to protect themselves / fight on land.' Direct quote from his post.
