It's OP and non-canon. We've never seen spirits give people buffs/debuffs aside from Raava and Vaatu

Besides Raava and Vaatu, what have we seen spirits do? Fly around a bit, smash some stuff. We'll have to be a but creative when making moves, but I do agree its op.

Without being non-canon, there wouldn't be much things to add for spirits except details. Ofc we would need to analize what would possible and not for a spirit to do at a player to make the moves seem logicial.

I get that, but spirits are going to be hard because Mike and Bryan intentionally left a lot about them up to interpretation.

While I LOVE the names, these seem incredibly over-powered, and not really in the theme of Spirits. The closest we can get is that generally people freak out when possessed by spirits, but that's not affected by the Light/Dark balance. Denied :c
