Hello all! I would like to combine the best suggestions(in my opinion) in one suggestion.
As I said, each element needs five combos. Therefore, I propose to add three more combos for WaterBending!
I will never suggest something useless. I haven't slept all night and when I fell asleep, I dreamed this thread!
1. WaterBlast: It's a good combo that will use a lot of players!

And do not say that TorrentBlast and WaterBlast similar, FireBenders have 3 ability, which are very similar to each other. It FireJet, JetBlast and JetBlaze. Why is the water mages you can't have 2 similar abilities?
3. And a new combo which I want to suggest - FrostBreath!
Many people say about this ability, but there is a question where it to bind! And I thought decided is it possible to do this combo? You can deny it, but there is no other choice. Thanks @jedk1 for developed this ability!

How used: PhaseChange (Left-Click) > PhaseChange (Hold Shift) > PhaseChange (Left-Click)

Adding new abilities, this means the rejection of the old abilities. Combination is the future of bending!
Would like to say a couple of things. All the things that I will list below should be added or changed!
1. Surge change
Many people say that the surge will need to change. In this proposal I give the screenshots where surge is used as a wall in LOK and TLA. I think that should be added.

2. OctopusForm change
OctopusForm really need to change. It's like IceBullet not used the ability. And Loony has created a wonderful suggestion for improvement OctopuForm. Thanks @Loony for this amazing suggestion. Octopusform does not correspond to reality. In TLA Katara with OctopusForm fought with Dai Li. And with the help of our OctopusForm can only die faster!

3. WaterWave new look
WaterWave is not really realistic. When you use it from plants or ice, the blocks don't disappear! One herb you can take such a big wave? She also is very similar to the torrent and that needs to change. Taiko the Waterbender suggested a good idea. Thanks @Taiko the Waterbender for your suggestion!

4. New passive move
I think this question was raised more than once. Waterbenders should be easy to move around as in water and on ice, snow and snow block! I don't think, to prove it I need to take screenshots and gifs. It was everywhere, a clear example - book 2 LOK when Eska and Desna descend from the mountains on icy boots. No need to create a new ability, WaterSpout just needs to add something to Waterbenders could get around on snow, ice, snow blocks.
5. Water Reuse
Finn_Buenno spoiler showed where he made Water Reuse. In him spoiler OctopusForm change to Torrent. This is a very surprising change WaterBending! It would be very cool if WaterWave transform to OctopusForm or Torrent or Surge or WaterManipulation or maybe something else. Thanks @Finn_Bueno_ for wonderful changes of Waterbending reuse!

In conclusion I want to say that if you staff ProjectKorra do this, then you most likely no one else will require changes WaterBending. And you can safely move to change other element for example Earth!
Forgive me for my horrible English as I spoke in school we don't teach it so good to chat with you. Writing this I used Google and spent a lot of time to change forms of words, that you understand me. Thanks to all who read it. From another language into another language is very difficult to translate that either.
