+ Electricity (Defensive): Once toggled you make yourself charged with electricity. Dealing small damage to anyone who punches you. However it will slowly drain your health as a punishment.

Maybe we should change this somewhat, seeing as getting hit and getting your health drained has more negative outcomes than positive. I suggest making it so that anyone who comes within a certain small radius of you is automatically shocked with a little electricity. It would still drain your health though, seeing as you are electrocuting yourself to get this outcome.

Yes, Lightning has been the most undeveloped sub element together with Plantbending and Soundbending.

Suggestion:

This move allows the user to left click on redstone wires, activating them for 3 seconds.
Range: 10
Duration: 3

It's actually cannon btw, Mako was using lightning in a factory to produce energy

I like this move idea, but think the duration should be longer.

That would be cool, but I, being a firebender myself, would prefer more moves with use in fights.

Like charge, gives the bender 50% more damage, or spark paralising everyone around the bender. Somthing usefull to a firebender, and electricity should travel through water for 5 blocks or so.
