In this move you first need to activate steamcloud (or fog still working on the name) as a source of the steam then you are required to hold shift of 2 seconds to gather steam in to a compact ball then proceed to left click to do medium damage (about 1 hearts due to the fact that steam if very hot when you come to think of it) and some knock back. This shot would be about the size of air punch.

I think that the damage should be reduced to a heart, and not two. It may be very hot, but it is still gas (and that's why I think airbending should have its damage reduced...)

The only problem is, it's hard to make steambending pretty. Not only that but steambending isnt going to be included inside the plugin.
