Just a few things I think should be customizable in Items (I understand this is still on first release but these might be good to add at some point)

In General:
Cooldown time

Water:
Fast swim speed

Fire:
Burn time reduction length

Air:
Speed and jump passive
Hunger reduction

Chi:
Speed and jump passive
