Denied Solar/Lunar Eclipses

Very simple concept: Periodically, there are Solar and Lunar eclipses, similar but less frequent than full moons, which render the corresponding bending powerless during the time in which it takes place. For Solar eclipses, firebending will be powerless (like in A:TLA Day of Black Sun - Book 3) and Lunar eclipses neutralizing waterbending (which is hinted at in A:TLA book 1 finale where the moon spirit is killed - this is also stated in the Avatar wiki as the effect of a Lunar eclipse). If I missed any other vital info, please let me know :D

Denied because there are several other threads that suggest this and this would be better if thrown into the RPG plugin's suggestion forums when those open up.
