Resource compatible PK versions

When submitting a new resource the newest Pk version (1.8.3) isn't listed when you get to select "Project Korra (Core) Version"

1.8.2 and 1.8.1 versions are listed.

I don't know why this would be in suggestions when it's just something they forgot to do but alright.
