Denied New water move: Water wave

move:water wave
appeared in book 1 of atla Katara vs. Pakku
controls:hold shift near a water source then maybe a water ring like
torrent but it goes up and down as it goes around the player and then
when u click the ring will blast in the direction u want it [u can control it]
if u click after the wave goes out it will turn the wave into ice and traps enemies
in a ice capsule deals 1 1/2 hearts of damage per swipe with the wave 2 hearts if ice

Denied because this functionality pretty much exists. Surge. Granted, Surge offers much less control than I think you're looking for. However, in an instance you want control AND damage, Torrent should suffice.
