This has been suggested numerous times before and it is something we are just not interested in adding. It'll be hard to make it look decent in MC without tons of lag. Also, it is currently possible to string together some abilities in the Avatar State as is, i.e. AirShield, FireJet, throw that in with some bottle bending and there goes 3/4 of the elements.
