That's not what I wrote. I wrote that Airbenders DO NOT control the molecules of the composition of air, such as hydrogen and oxygenRead most of the paper, pretty good. Although what you said about water benders controlling hydrogen and oxygen in water didn't make much sense since they already do control the H2O molecules technicly.
Well actually hydrogen is in the atmosphere. But that's aside the point. What I'm trying to get across is that airbenders can't control the individual molecules because the air is oxygen, nitrogen, Argon, carbon dioxide, and methane, so there is no such thing as an "air" molecule".I reread it, and I see where you are coming from, but they could not control the hydrogen in water as it is not found in any quantity in our atmosphere. Also, the oxygen and hydrogen are chemically bond so it is not air anymore, it's water. An airbender would not be able to break a chemical bond by forcs without mini-nukes going off every time. I believe an Airbender does control the molecules in the air, they just don't have enough precision to pluck a single atom out of the air. They can change the energy and force of the atoms in the air would be my best definition. Still a good report thought, great job.
Well, there is always water vapor in the air."By volume, dry air contains 78.09% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.039% carbon dioxide, and small amounts of other gases." Doesn't seem to be much Hydrogen.
There isn't an "earth" molecule either. The show never really defines what "earth" is besides rocks and dirt. But there are lots of types of rocks and dirt made from different things. The bender controls the elements by, in earth, water, and air, applying energy to their respective element's atoms. I think the best example of this is metalbending, as it shows the earth bender can control the "earth" molecules inside the metal. Lava bending shows it well too though, as the earth bender can control the temperature of the "earth." Doesn't really matter much though.
I'd be honoredAlthough I think that the file you gaved to us is so much useful, i had to check the "no" option Great collection of information! Would you mind if I download the file?
