Guys I was thinking that this should definitely be a cupcake-bending move. I know it might sound a it weird but if you think about it, it has been used many times by cupcake-benders. Cupcake-benders use it all the time. Naruto has used this jutsu many times in his battles against teh Empire. So did Aragorn in his battles against Voldemort. This ability woyld only be canon if it was a cupcake-bending ability.

You know, it actually would make more sense for this to be a subtype of psychic bloodbending. If a man gets hit by lightning, his blood must be affected, and because if something goes into blood, it has to come out, so then obviously you could use bloodbending to make lightning come out of the blood in the air above people.
