Looking Into IceRaft

Are you in need to transport your non-waterbender allies/friends but haven't got sufficient amounts of boats for everyone? And are they/you claustrophobic or just scared to go underwater with a waterbubble because of the paranoia of getting attack by the serpent? No worry no more, as I introduced the ability that is just for you. Drum roll pls................

IceRaft

Instructions:
1)Call your buddies from the phones to gather and meet at around on the public beach, at your local swimming pool or anywhere that has a body of water accesible. (Make sure you ask for permission from the property manager If you're allowed to use those areas for swimmin and chillin).
2)After that, do this combo activation: freeze the water (phasechange), Shield without selecting the source (Surge), and start up the engine (swiftswim). ETA: PhaseChange (Left click) > WaterSpout (Hold Sneak) > WaterSpout (Release Sneak) > WaterSpout (Hold Sneak)
3) *Profit* After the raft is created (If the ice shrinks/melts to a 3x3 platform, that means the combo worked), you can control it with the help of WASD and selected swiftswim (aka. with waterspout or unbound slot).
4)You can also create a spout under it by tapping space to ascend over places.
Note: Batteries not included (i.e. doesn't have a chargetime).

It'd probably be easier and more fluid to control it with your mouse. The ice raft can act like the current surge shield does when you do that neat waterspout trick that allows you to use waterspout on land.

No... *face palm* I don't want it to FLY... I want the ice to act like the surge does when peeps do the neat trick. How instead of a square just teleporting to different positions, you see each individual block disappear and reapper to create an elegant moving animation. Except instead of in the air, on the surface of the water as you move.

Well he is trying to point out that we kind of have other plans, that may or may not conflict with the suggestions you guys post.

Other than that I do think this is a viable combo, although I would change a few things about it such as instead of it being Phasechange > Surge PhaseChange -> Phasechange -> Sneak with Surge, and instead of having a spout to ascend it, I would make it similar to a giant blob of water that lifts it slightly above the water.

Though thinking about, neither of our combos make sense, lol. I think it should be an ability instead of a combo.

Actually I though of a better combo:
PhaseChange (freeze the water) > WaterSpout (hold right click pointing at the ice platform) > WaterSpout (swiftswim). That's an easy combo and doesn't interfare when your using it, especally when you have waterbottles. Surge would just launch/create a wave/shield If you happen to hold waterbottles.

@MeskenasBoii My combo sequence is pretty clear, It's obvious if you are making an IceRaft that you need to freeze the water, not melt it. which would require left clicking with phasechange.

How about not "holding right click"? Unless you want a spam combo, holding down right click does nothing. Let's make it simpler, by doing this:

Well like, we have to freeze the water first right? And then hop onto the platform, and sneak to move.
The sequence is like doing a combo, if you want to make it smooth, and make it into an ability, then you would have to have the piece of ice there already, and sneak with IceRaft. But since we're not going to make this an ability, the combo would fit better.

Tbh, your combo is more nonsensical than Arch's. XD

How about not "holding right click"? Unless you want a spam combo, holding down right click does nothing. Let's make it simpler, by doing this:

PhaseChange (Left click) > WaterSpout (Hold Sneak).

Holding right would cause it to move. There's no substitute that represents manipulating thw plate and by skipping it, like you did just makes it to short.

There could also be varation of it, where Katara in her homeland created ice sleds to chase the kleptomaniacs with her brother. Where she performed this would work on snow but with a different construct (I'll add later to the post)!
