Is there anyway that I can take permission of a skill from a player? (E.g fireshots, torrent..)

You can, but you need to have a permissions plugin (GroupManager or PermissionsEX/PEX).

For both, you add the permission but with a negative in front of it (-)
For PEX, you'd use:

/pex user [username] add -bending.ability.[abilityname]
i.e: /pex user SamuraiSnowman add -bending.ability.torrent

For GroupManager, you'd use:

/manuaddp [username] -bending.ability.[abilityname]
i.e: /manuaddp SamuraiSnowman -bending.ability.torrent
