Fly in the air with a chunk of ice formed around you.

Left click with WaterSpout and then shift till water forms around you, then let go and you should shoot upwards or the direction your facing.

Left click again with Phasechange while doing this to make it turn into ice, after changing the water to ice, start shifting.

Hold shift and a ball of ice should form around you.

- Basicly the IceWave combo but after you do the combo, shift and a ball of ice should form around you.

So this freezes yourself after your icewave instead of freezing other people?

It doesn't freeze other players, its just a giant ice ball around you protecting you from attacks and offensive abilitys.

Mabey it can be added to ice wave cuz it's almost the same thing but for defense

Yay, woo hoo, it wasn't enough for waterbending to get a clone of firejet, and it wasn't enough for it to be added onto another move, now you get to be invulnerable while flying as a waterbender!!! Firebending's full moon is completely optional, and unrealistic, and underpowered. Isn't that how we keep waterbending and firebending balanced? Start out with everything fire and water has, even match. Fire gets a clone of fireblast, water gets a clone of the move that firebending has that water doesn't. Water is overpowered, the only aspect that it is somewhat less underpowered is that you have to select a source without a bottle, and they have a thread to buff that!!! Aren't all the elements completely balanced?

When you want to get off the WaterWave, you would press Shift. It seems kinda illogical how a sphere of ice can fly. Even if it is possible, you would need lots of water. As you can see, you make an IceWave from a dried bush. With this, you not only would make an IceWave, but an entirly comet.
