Explanation
The spirit sacrafices attack damage for movement speed, Gaining Speed II but also reduced damage on abilities (-25%)
It's a toggle passive just like Chi's stances.

Spirit: Any type
Duration: Infinite until toggled off

The con would not effect the spirits abilities, because weakness only affects things like swords and fists. So it would be free Speed II basically. Maybe their abilities effects are reduced by 25%?

Because Spirits float in the air, and when they do they can be pretty fast
