Fixed FireBending not working

Hello I am a server noob and I have been trying to read though the threads before I post anything but I Could not get any help i needed. On my server I only have the lastest Core and that's all. all the other skills work except for skills for firebending. What am i doing wrong or what have i not done yet?

Do you have NO other plugins? (Including Essentails for example).

Do /rg flag __global__ lighter allow
/rg flag __global__ TNT allow

No I having having issues with essentials where I cannot access the /help command.

The above command is how to get fire bending to work with world guard.
If you want help with essentials go to the essentials wiki

Ok i recently installed both world guard and world edit and did both commands but i am still un-able to use any of the firebending skills

i read that someone downloaded the DEV and it fixed it issue how can i get to the Dev

i found the issue my ver. of spigot was in 1.7.10 and not updated to 1.8 thanks guys
