Crafting: put iron bars in the middle of a crafting table. Put a iron bar over and under that item. Fill in the remaining slots with iron ingots. I=Ingots B=Iron Bars

Block: a iron block that emits lightning particles.
Limitation: This would only work within 10 blocks of the firebender, and the block would have be at the same elevation as firebender. There would need to be no blocks over the rod, or that would limit the block to no higher then one block above it. If there were any blocks at the sides then the rod would not block lightning in that general direction.
Use: attracts lightning to the block, if anyone is over the block, then the power will be increased, but otherwise it would miss.
