Fixed EarthSmash-(Works Only At DayTime?)

Hello,

Okay So, I've notice that my earthbenders on my server, can't use earthsmash,
but when i do /b r, it starts working.

Well heres a thing i tried,
EarthSmash -At Night (Doesn't work/Somtimes?)
EarthSmash-At Day (Works Well)

This shows that EarthSmash is powered by the sun...?
Earth has no limitations... except maybe cooldowns?

Well my point is, is this a bug?
EarthSmash isn't really suppose to be powered by the sun.

The online Day/Night Limitations given, are to Water-(Night) & Fire-(Day).

Yes, I'll make it a little more clear. All abilities downloaded in the ability section do not receive full on support like the other abilities will. Please go to that ability's thread in the Abilities forum in order to post your reports.
