Fixed EarthArmor won't let you speed swim

  • Which plugin you are using ProjectKorra 1.3.0 Beta beta 5
  • Which version of the plugin you are using (Can be found with /bending version) ProjectKorra 1.3.0 Beta beta 5
  • Where the bug exists (Is it in an ability, a command, etc) hold eartharmor and try to speed swim
  • A detailed description of the bug you found. While firejet/waterspout work eartharmor doesn't work
  • What should be happening instead You should be swimming fast just like those ^
