Different colored fire

I always assumed Azula's fire was blue because of her incredible drive and aspirations. We've seen the effect that not having a purpose has on your firebending, so I thought it made sense because Blue fire is hotter than regular fire. Lots of drive = hotter fire. Anyone agree with my thesis?

I thought it was because she only uses 2 fingers.
X amount of drive shot from a whole hand = red fire
X amount of drive shot from a smaller point compresses the energy, which results in a hotter flame.
From this you can assume it's harder to shoot fire from only 2 fingers than from a whole hand.

But this is quite off topic again:/
as I already said, if it possible to create colored fire by using redstone (which is vanilla minecraft), why wouldn't it be possible by using Java codes?:/
