Invalid Developer

I would like to apply for developer because ive made my own plugin and ide love to help out on Projectkorra because i love this website and its awesome. the plugin i made is Avatar. I live in the united states, for me its 5:48 pm. my other skills are making private plugins for just my server like Thor, and a nick name plugin. these plugins thor and nick names are private so i cant post download link.
my skype username is PKWJack and im always avalible exept at night becuase thats when i need to go to bed.
