There are no crash logs... there is something about your plugins in general that isnt working for my server... your core isnt working either... Its loading without error, Idk why... are there any required plugins to run the others??

They only require ProjectKorra 1.7.0 Beta 2+ and a spigot build

Erm, It should be. for beta 10 make sure you get the right version, versions can be found under the "version history" tab.
