Fixed Combustion can STILL break in tnt flagged areas!

I have an arena with walls that are flagged to not allow tnt, whereas the inside, tnt works. Combustion can still break the walls if the combustion is ignited before it hits the wall.

Uhm you have to set the WHOLE arena to not allow tnt.

I want to be able to break blocks in the arena, just not the walls

so there is 2 moves that makes explosion on pk, that is fireblast and combustion...

now im gussing this is somesort of bending arena of some sort, if you dont want combustion to do any explosion, just nerf it and make the walls in a blastproof material (enderstone or harder) to prevent charge fireblast to damage the walll, alterntiv is just to nerf combustion so strong that it doesntblast through what ever your walls are made of and it might seem stupid to tell but plases cheack if combustion canbreakblocks is turned to false if its not
