im trying to make prefixes such as [(colored star based on element)] that work alongside with groupmanager

Can't you get a plugin which for the life of me I can't remember the name of, but it will update the values of your prefix/suffix based on what a config value is, so if you create a value based on whatever it is you want it to say, and then assign players to that, then it will give them that prefix? I may be wrong but I used something like this before when I was making nations within bending.
