Fixed Blood Bending Glitch

  • Which plugin you are using: Project Korra
  • Which version of the plugin you are using (Can be found with /bending version): v1.2.0 BETA 11
  • Where the bug exists (Is it in an ability, a command, etc): Bloodbending
  • A detailed description of the bug you found: Although I have the config setting to only capable at night, I am still able to use bloodbending during the day.
  • What should be happening instead: Bloodbending Night/Day toggle should work.
