The best bending board you're going to find is in JedCore. You could disable all of the JedCore abilities and keep the board if you want.

Idk if you're referring to the board in JedCore or something in the BendingGUI plugin I listed. Not only that, I don't really understand the issue you're having.

U know, that i like BendingGUI (but i want to remake it))). There is a problem (for me) in JedCore. The Stats board hides every 10 seconds and i need to choose another ability to see it again.

There is no auto hiding for the JedCore bending board. It stays there indefinitely unless you have a plugin like mcMMO which temporarily spawns a different board.
