Fixed Avatar State Glitch

  • Which plugin you are using: Project Korra
  • Which version of the plugin you are using (Can be found with /bending version): v1.2.0 BETA 11
  • Where the bug exists (Is it in an ability, a command, etc): Avatar State
  • A detailed description of the bug you found: When Avatar State is found it is impossible to use, even though I have all 4 elements an am an operator.
  • What should be happening instead: Avatar State should be useable.
