Explanation: The move grants the spirit Regenation in exchange for Resistance, Granting regenation I and Resistance -1
It works just like chi stances

Duration: Infinite untill toggled off

Regen. II replenishes health at a rate of about 1 per 1.2 seconds. I think that is a bit high. As the damage increased by Resistance -1 is only 20%.
