Allow skills in protected areas

So, im using this plugin for my server and i can't find a way to make players able to use skills in protected areas (WorldGuard). What i want is to find a way to still protect areas, (disable block-place and block-break) but also let players use their skills (bending). Does anyone know a way to do this?

There isn't a way. Only non harmful abilities can be used like airspout.
