All commands are not working projectkorra plugin

hello, i recently downloaded the projectkorra core plugin. But when i try to use any projectkorra plugin related command the chat just responses with /bending.
And when i do /bending it also responses with /bending.
Does anyone know how i get the plugin to work?

I am using spigot 1.11.2 and i think projectkorra 1.8.5
