Fixed Air Bending Particles

Hello i was wondering if anyone else has the same issue with Air Bending Particles I am Currently using Project Korra 1.5.1 and i cannot see any of them, But they work like air spout still levitates players off the ground, but there are no particles.

Use spigot.

Ok I switched my server to spigot and the particles still arent there

Now, use a newer build. Use 1.6.0+
