Anyone know how to prevent bending in certain "worlds"

Also how this new 1.3.0 version is to be used for the Worldguard check. I seem to still be able to bend and everything on my Spawn....
 
well um just have a remove beding commandblock in the world ?? :p its an cheap way but it works ^^ (OR someone that is smart then me tells him a better way :p)
 
If the player can't build in the area they shouldn't be able to bend there. What version of worldguard and project korra are you using? Also, we do not currently have a way to remove bending per world.
