1.8.0 BETA 2 - The second BETA build for ProjectKorra (Core) v1.8.0

Our development team has been hard at work on this Dev Build. Contains a lot of fixes / efficiency changes -- enjoy!

• General Changes
  • Fixed Right Clicking on block cancelling bending.
  • Javadocs have been updated for several classes. (Will be reflected on website later)
  • Accessing ability instances using the getInstances() method is now much faster.
    • Significant performance increase for both Core and Items....
