Back after a fairly brief development hiatus. Things are getting clearer so here you are. Much of this Dev Build was not done by me, but by our other developers. I promise more is being worked on by our development team (impressive features), but just to hold you over until then, here's a Dev Build!

- General Changes
- Methods.getTargetEntity() now checks to make sure path is not obstructed between player and target.
- Earthbending Changes
- Added LavaFlow Configuration Options (Done by Coolade)
- Server Owners should delete the old LavaFlow entry in the config.yml to let all of the options update to the newer values.

- Firebending Changes (All done by dniym -- Not an official developer, props to you!)
- Firebending can now ignite more blocks (Doesn't include 1.8 blocks yet, as there isn't a build for 1.8).
- Snow blocks are no longer burnable, the idea is the moisture in the blocks would extinguish a fire.
- Chiblocking Changes (dniym)
- RapidPunch and Paralyze will not work through solid walls.
