This dev build is a perfect time to remind someone that while moves may be working, they are by no means complete. This dev build contains a new move that is 'working', but not complete. We were just trying to get Fire a decent sub element in.

- Bug Fix: You will no longer bend if you right click to interact with a block.
- Bug Fix: Fix capitalization issues on /bending choose and /bending add.
- Bug Fix: Added spaces in /bending display with an improper element argument.
- Extraction Change: Code has been cleaned up, % drops should work a bit better now. Thanks to HiddenCloud.
- New Ability: Combustion. This is a very BETA move, it allows Firebenders to use that Firebending with their mind technique. The permission node is bending.ability.Combustion. By default, this ability cannot destroy blocks, but can set fires. It is highly configurable. The explosion power can also be configured. This is one of fire's sub elements that we have a lot of room to improve on. codiaz does a lot of work with abilities, we can expect this to be cleaned up a bit when he returns, but for now, the functionality is there. Despite not being the prettiest ability.
