I think waterbubble could also effect snow and ice, but not the floor of those blocks (too much of overwhelming grief in my opinion). Or those blocks could be affected in a EarthTunnel fashion: only the cone-force focus is being affected rather of a omnidirectional aura in affect.

That isn't a watermanipulation. Unless you mean the concept and not the ability, you forgot to put the space between the combine words (water manipulation)... Oh, I think you meant to include that it requires to hold torrent with WaterManipulation selected, right?

It still could be applied with the rest of abilities, not just watermanip and surge. Well you wrote a label above it "Torrent", so I'm not sure how WaterManipulation (the ability) is involved there.

Sure, but I think Surge must have exclusive config value option for self and other as a suffix named [push factor]. Similary, how Tornado has different knockback value for mobs and others. Self could also include its boolean chargetime.

Don't recall if the wave does have a warm-up time before it can be used. By chargetime, I mean like how Shockwave requires one. I may be wrong, or wave probably has 0 zero chargetime.
