If they have been updated, find them on the resources page and check that they' been updated for Beta 13. If they haven't, you will have to uninstall them in the meantime. If you tell us what abilities you are trying to install we might be able to help you as well. :)

Hmm, not sure. Could you possible just give them the ability to choose (I think you are lacking the bending.command.choose perm anyway. I know you have bending.command.choose.<element> but you still need the first one) and make it so they can't rechoose?

Can you tell us what you were doing when you got the error? And could you also post the whole error log? It might tell us a bit more.

Can you please post your permissions file? I think you might just have permission problems. (Talked to him in the shoutbox. Bending stays if chosen with commands as an op. Just doesn't work with ServerSigns. Probably a permission thing :P )

You have addons/abilities installed that are out of date. You will need to update them for them to work or uninstall them if they aren't updated. Also, tip for next time, use pastebin.com for error reports. It just makes things slightly tidier :)

You made sure you reloaded the server in between debugs, right? Also show us any errors from the console if any pop up while doing so.

My server has also started getting Spigot logs saying it has stopped responding. Prior to beta 13, this never happened.
