Due to the fact the plugin uses some of Orion's old code, it cannot be placed on bukkit. You can simply upload the Korra.jar file into your /plugins folder and start up the server through FTP/Multicraft.

I would call it BolasThrow, and it could be just a couple black smoke particles in a circle that fly at them (like a spinning bolas).

Pretty self explanatory, I think LavaSurge should have a configurable cooldown. Currently it is extremely spammable, which can cause a LOT of lag. Should be something like 3 seconds for default?

Paralyze emulates punching a pressure point, which paralyzes the person. RapidPunch is punching rapidly around the body to block chi. Nothing currently in the plugin has anything to do with an electric glove shocking someone.

EarthBridge has been suggested as an addition to raiseearth, but I prefer it this way because I can see the accidental bridge instead of a wall scenario. WaterRing is a move that has been recommended in different ways all around the forums I think.

I do believe this has been suggested before, although your idea is more thought out. Suggestions before have been with a bottle, you can only heal others. (Similar to how Katara healed people) It would have a stream of 'light' particles (glowing water), which would heal the player.

You need version v9.0 or higher in BETA 22+. Should fix the issue?

Avatars learning sub-elements is really a server option, configurable with various permissions.

I agree, at this point MetalClips is more feared than BloodBending... Metalclips can honestly kill someone so quickly, but bloodbending can just move them.

Will the spirits plugin offer a multiverse add-on that creates a spirit world?

@Everyone this is a bug report, not a cat fight.

Certain parts are good, other stuff (such as the unbreaking armor) seems like the work of a different plugin that isn't related to bending.
