You could do this in the past due to the tick delay of damage given by walloffire. I think you still can if you catch it at the right time.

A solar eclipse does not exist in Minecraft. And as far as I know, it's impossible to change textures with a plugin.

Okay, Hama pulled the water out of a bunch of flowers. She did not make grass turn into larger grass or flowers. You may argue that the plant benders in the swamp grew the vines, but all they did was pull the vines onto themselves, never once making them larger than they were.
