Yes, the stream of water is constantly controlled by the bender, not shot 1 time and it goes off randomly.

Lightning goes straight through walls, roofs and floors. So if I had a surge shield or a raise earth up it would just go through it..

Not when the lightning spreads up their spout.. Either way, you can't expect a firebender to have any form of advantage when you're fighting a waterbender above an ocean.. You can always firejet inland and if they care to fight they can move forward.

I am using ProjectKorra (Core) 1.6.0 BETA 8 The bug exists within the lightning ability. The lightning simply goes through any blocks in its path. The lightning should stop on contact with a block :)

I don't think they can code it to trace the fishing line is what I mean, but maybe they could.

Isn't it the firebender's fault for jumping into an ocean with a waterbender? They could easily stay at the shore and fight from there..

This idea is very similar to how the lieutenant of the equalists shocked the ladder that Mako and Bolin were climbing down. The idea is good, but I'm not sure how the lightning would go down the wire in a way that you could see it..

About the bending arena armor, most arenas have a separate inventory than survival.

Bumps aren't really needed on our forums, if it's something people find interesting they would post on it.. A bump just puts it to the top and people continue to not post on it.

This is very similar to how EarthSmash is, that of which is part of the official plugin now.
