As seen here, Aang was easily pinned down with arrows without noticing them being shot at them. EDIT: Also, he saw the arrows coming and 'airbursted'

It is used when firebenders often firejet towards someone. They simply place the wall behind the player and fireblast them into it. It is also used when people are cornered and walloffire just fries them up.

The only reason the fireshield in PK doesn't work as well is that it isn't large enough to block before it hits you. And I believe this is a suggestion about wall of fire that of which isn't for blocking moves..

Not really that fast, I easily airblast them away all the time :D
