It'd be pretty powerful if it only had a one second cooldown.. I'd recommend something like 10 seconds - being that firebenders have cooldowns on their moves.

I don't think it does.. Not from what I've tested with the weakness potion. Afterwards makes sense..

Weakness is completely worthless in a bending situation... If they're frozen, why would you slow and weaken them? They can't do anything during that time.. Unless you mean afterwards...

Waterbenders have the icesphere combo, surge shield and they can just freeze themselves with ice for protection.. There's no need for a water version

LavaFlux isn't a move... Besides that! This is a really well thought out idea.. I feel like it's very similar to earthgrab though

There are two issues with stuff like that.. makes it a huge plugin, and when someone goes to bind they'll get very confused... ProjectKorra doesn't want to take 6 years to load up - if a move is really similar they'll not have it.

Just speed swim with any move that allows it, waterspout or use phasechange.. We really don't need water benders becoming Jesus.

I recommend allowing color codes into the config? It'd be nice for customizationalling

If anyone's played on Runefist's server, you'd have seen that he made a move just like this.. (Called it WaterWhip though)

That isn't like a 'whirlwind' at all.. What Korra is doing is basically a prolonged airblast/airburst..

It blocks fireblast, but not charged (from what I understand)
