No please. Make sure that waterbenders have a bigger boost every 6 nights with a full moon and make sure fire is still equal to water by having 1 less move by default to the waterbender. Seems fair. Also waterbenders can limit firebenders moves to just like 1 or 2 if they stay in the best...

I would like this so that I could use lightning to a bit more use. Although it seems a little odd, 5 seconds of charge time for 5 hearts while earthblast does 3 hearts.

Not a bad idea. Needs some work to keep lag down, but not bad. We might need some people that are good at art to help code it though.

And I put on their that it would have a few fire particles here and there. Maybe surround it with the majority of it as fire particles. Just put it as a few to see that it won't cause to much lag.

I was thinking that it could borrow some code from bloodbending, but meh.
