I'm not sure if you want this combo as addon or as official PK move, but i'd say release it as beta, It can be disabled through configuration anyway if its a official pk ability.

I have an idea, Instead of creating an entire new move this could be merged into fireburst, Instead of 1 burst it would stream the fire in the direction during sozins comet, Ofc there would need to be reduced particles but it would work the same

The move they used looked like a constant steam of fire in the shape of a fireburst. aka just spamming fireburst will get you the same results

Im not even sure how you can relate bloodbending to this. Bursting open a tree AKA building a huge amount of the pressure on the water inside is harder then just manipulating water (bloodbending)

They DO need fullmoon. It requires great strength to burst open an entire tree and extract the water. Pretty sure its not possible without full moon
