I love this, as in the show "manipulating" the water was a thing for the whole element....Water blast would be more appropriate.

What about carbogen's flight combo?

Maybe if you did it repeatedly you would paralyze more?

I love this I hate the way paralyze is at the moment, it is either to op or noneffective, I think this could really help the situation.
