I'm going out on a limb and saying that the reason they mark it looking into is so they can easily search through suggestions to find things for ideas for something they were asked for.

They look at the suggestions, but it doesn't always serve the purpose you'd expect.

If you look at it like this: The plugin is headed in a certain direction. We as the community do not know what that direction is fully. This direction was probably defined before there was the community that exists now. Really, the most helpful that we can be as the community is reporting bugs...

if you don't want them to use certain abilities, add the permission "-bending.ability.<abilityname>"
