    Erm.. Kinda does. If something is better off as an addon, that means it isn't what they are looking for in the plugin. Any move denied because it's already an addon doesn't fit in core with what they want to do.

    Well Yea, culture has a pretty direct influence on bending. Zaheer grew up around bad influences, became a bad guy, and when he got airbending he was very violent with it.
